I think it's fair assessment. It's hard to see a path for CA-39 to flip if these allegations become a common theme in the campaign, especially with Kim on the ballot.

Nah, Cisneros will still win and Kim is an overrated candidate.  This was a pretty widely discredited claim by a woman who was pretty clearly making a false allegation at the behest of Thorburn’s campaign.  I doubt it’ll be an effective line of attack tbh.

He was, that's the false allegation Kim's campaign is referring to in their attack ad.
