I mean, Vox Populi/Aizen is really the correct answer here. There is a legitimate race for second.

Was he a troll? I can't really tell looking at his old posts - at least the ones from December+

IIRC he had like 10 different socks (the best being The Professor) and one of them managed to get elected President in Atlasia only to reveal himself as soon as he took office.

I think it was only four sock accounts.  He lost his password on the Aizen account, so came back with four sock accounts:

The Professor
Joe Democrat
Joe Democrat Returns
Mister Twister

Here are the profiles of three of them:

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?action=profile;u=7114
https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?action=profile;u=9475
https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?action=profile;u=9586

The Professor was the funniest, but Mister Twister had this classic "mega-coattails" thread:

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=162860.0

Eventually, he was allowed to come back to the forum with the current "Vox Populi" account.  Couldn't come back to his original account, because again, he lost the password, and no longer had access to the email account he originally set it up on.

Wasn't Tyrion also Aizen?

No, Tyrion was an Ogis sock.

Oh, well in that case Ogis was a pretty good troll too.
