Only one dictator was voted out in a landslide, so many monsters to choose from!  Al-Bashir and Afwerki tied, so as Supreme Leader of Dictator Survivor, I am elimenating al-Bashir (the man has an international arrest warrent against him).

Bouteflika is often criticized, but he has really appeased Algeria. It wasn't easy and he wasn't so bad.

My criteria now is that one should see if the dictator has been a plus or a minus for his country.
Therefore even Chavez shouldn't win.
I could have "protected" Raul one year ago, but he has been highly disappointing recently...

Different criterias are what make this interesting Wink

Also, even with that criteria there are worse names left than Chavez (dos Santos and Kibaki to name a few).
