It's hard to say...Hillary was already starting to regain some ground even before the first debate and after the debate, her lead only continued to grow (at an accelerated rate). Now, she's starting to reach her high-water mark so it is somewhat expected that her growth in the polls will start to slow no matter what Trump does or says.
As much as I would like a landslide, I believe the country is far too polarized for there to be a result along the lines of FDR (all four times), LBJ in 1964, Nixon in 1972, Reagan in 1980/1984, or Bush in 1988. I think the big test of whether or not the tapes made any changes will be if the numbers start to reverse course. My feeling is that the tapes were so shocking (not necessarily that Trump said them, but that someone so close to the presidency said them) that Hillary's numbers will remain somewhat stable (close to her high in the polls) for the next few weeks going into Election Day.
