BRTD, to paraphrase opebo, "If you're going to live life, you might as well do it properly." So if you're going to visit Madison, do it on Halloween; not on some random sunday and monday (political protests are lame and half the people there protesting will be HUGE tools). And if you're going to visit Madison on Halloween, don't waste your time and money in strip clubs. I'm sure you could spend a grand total of $5 on a solo cup and get some scantily dressed slut to give you a blowjob. You might have to violate the half +7 rule, but if you found Dakota Fanning to be hot, you won't be descending into any morally objectionable territory, if you're even concerned with that.
