Best Palin is kept away from the convention. And while the "she's a long way away" quip is utter bullsh**t. She energizes a small segment of the base all the while turning off even more leaners and independents.

I'm surprised he hasn't tapped Curt Schilling or Tom Brady to speak at the convention. Both supposedly support him. Though Brady plays in a very diverse league where his appearance at such an event will definitely hurt his standing on his team (legend or not...) Schilling I thought would definitely be there in some capacity
