Mitt Romney shouldn't have been elected President and his policy views are bad, but he's better than most Republicans because he had the courage to stand up to Trump. Easy!

He didn’t stand up to Trump. He stabbed Trump in the back after getting his complete and total endorsement by voting in an impeachment trial which even Collin Peterson agreed was unjustified and another one which was blatantly unconstitutional since the Chief Justice didn’t preside

Examples of politicians who actually stand up to Trump:
Marjorie Taylor Greene
Paul Gosar
Matt Gaetz
Lauren Boebert

Trump committed an impeachable offense, Senators swear a loyalty oath to the Constitution not to everyone who endorses them or even their Party's President.
