The Sioux County results should be interesting. They voted 85% for Bush in November '04. BRTD says its full of 19th Century Dutch Calvinists (not sure if thats like Amish).

YAY-coincidentally, anyone following the gop thread at all?

There's a GOP thread?

I was wondering why no one was mentioning the GOP candidates

I hope Ron Paul comes in 3rd or 4th

Des Moines country was actually ALOT closer than I expected...but favored Obama of course.

Remember that Des Moines County doesn't contain the city of Des Moines. The city is in Polk County. Des Moines County is farther east, and is much more rural.

David Gergen on CNN

Regardless of whether Edwards places second or third in Iowa, he has nowhere to go.

Don't spoil the party. Is anyone going in your thread and dissing the GOP candidates?
