Do you mean the Jamestown/Elmira "Southern Tier" region or Staten Island?

I'll have to go with New York, because I've never been to California, but it seems like a great place. After having been through a rather hellish winter the idea of year-round warm temperatures punctured by an annual massive wildfire is starting to become appealing.
