I see that Mr. Nunes got his legal advice from James Woods.

Incidentally, James Woods is a known cocaine addict.

Twitter users may clam up a little after hearing about a decision by an L.A. Superior Court allowing outspoken conservative Hollywood celebrity James Woods to proceed with a defamation lawsuit against a man who tweeted Woods was a “cocaine addict.”

Anonymous twitter user "Abe List," whose social media profiles say he is a Harvard-educated partner at an L.A.-based private equity firm tweeted in response to Woods’ conservative tweets,  “Cocaine addict James Woods still sniffing and spouting."
