With a Democratic House and Senate? Pretty good, actually. Be able to pass a higher minimum wage, an ACA patch, maybe an infrastructure or immigration bill in the works...2018 might be horrible or the Dems could just lose some Senate seats. Depends if the economy goes to hell before or after that point. Still, she has an uphill climb for reelection. By this point, most her nominees would be confirmed and she'd be in an okay position, maybe 51-44 approval rating.

With a Republican House and Democratic Senate? She'd get her appointments through (barely), but other than that, it's not looking too good. Republicans will obstruct and 2018 will likely be a bloodbath. The Democratic Party will be very weak going into 2020 and she'd probably lose.

With a Republican House and Senate? Not good! Appointments get stalled, nothing gets done, 2018 is an Armageddon for Democrats, Hillary virtually guranteed to lose in 2020.
