I'm astounded how calm and collected the people were in those last two tweets. I imagine many lives were saved by people simply not all trying to stampede out at once.

On another note, does anybody know what kind of gun that was? It sounded almost like a machine gun in terms of how quickly the shots were coming, but I'm far from an expert on such things.
