It will be interesting to see how this plays out.  If this happens, Kim Reynolds will become governor. Any thoughts?

Offhand I'd wonder if Vilsack is interested in his old job? Probably a fresh face would be better but IA Dems will need to work for this one if they want it back.

Steve King (R) - Congressman
Kim Reynolds (R) - Lt. Governor, Ex-State Sen. & Ex-County Treasurer
Chaz Allen (D) - State Sen., Ex-Newton Mayor & Welding Contractor
Liz Mathis (D) - State Sen. & Ex-TV News Anchor
Andy McGuire (D) - State Democratic Chair, Physician, Health Care Executive & '06 Lt.Gov. Candidate
Janet Petersen (D) - State Sen. & Ex-State Rep.

Not sure who the woman with the funny name would be. am sure this list will expand shortly.
