Unless Cuomo ends up running for re-election I don't see how it'd tar downballot Democrats much. Especially when they made gains less than a year after the Elliot Spitzer scandal.

The NY GOP flipping 3 or 4 seats? Sure. But I'm not expecting a chamber flip or anything that'll seriously shrink the majority
