Perhaps one of Washington & Oregon? Glancing at the CNN exit polls, Trump did about 50-40 with them in Washington and 55-35 in Oregon.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this flip in 2020. Whites without a degree HATE Inslee here (see the August primary results), so that may translate into Trump votes as well.

I'm confused, you wouldn't be surprised if they went Democrat because they hate the Democratic Governor?
