Wonderful. Now can we please have a select multiple precincts by drawing around them tool? It would save so much time.

I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but when you select Color by Precinct you have the option to change your brush size. Making it larger allows you to color multiple precincts at a time.

Seriously? Never knew this was possible. This is going to improve my life so much.

Also, holding ctrl while dragging your mouse around lets you color in whatever precincts happen to be inside the square/rectangle you form.
