Gonna have to vote Nay on this for reasons that have already been stated. This is not the time to be forcing struggling businesses to give their employees pay raises. If others feel that hazard pay is necessary, then make it a 15% raise subsidized entirely by the government rather than 20% at a 75/25 split.
