Greetings, honorable senators,

As many of you know, I served as Deputy GM from the end of July through October of 2017 before I resigned for personal reasons. As such, I have plenty of experience with this position and am excited at the prospect of returning to the position to build on my work last year. I will say that my greatest regret as an Atlasian citizen was the abruptness of my departure from that position, and I assure the Senate that this sort of departure will not happen again.

I have been in contact with Mr. R, and it is my understanding that my particular role in this position will be to carry out scoring on legislation, to work on both the regional and federal budgets, and to work on the publication of economic indicators. All of these were areas that I took care of during my prior stint as Deputy GM, so I will hopefully be well-equipped to continue that work. I have been made aware of an unemployment formula, developed by Truman, that bases unemployment on changes in federal/regional spending and taxation, and will hopefully discuss with Mr. R how best to tweak this formula.

Bumping this because it's been over a week since my initial statement and over 5 days since the More Deputy GMs Act was passed, and no one has asked any questions yet.
