Supposedly, Mueller doesn't leak. So to the extent that is accurate, with him leading the investigation, eventually we should run out of things that happened in the investigation prior to his takeover that can be leaked.

The problem is that a lot of the things that are being leaked seem to be not directly coming from the investigation. As an example, reports of what Trump is talking about in the Oval Office as he shoots himself in the foot every other day. So those sorts of leaks will presumably continue, even if other leaks do actually stop under Mueller's leadership.
