The Japanese motions are laughable. The British Government has been acting in accord with the agreements that are in place in India and no more needs to be said.
Furthermore, the very suggestion that New Zealand is not an independent nation is something that we as Australians harshly condemn. Australian and New Zealander have fought side by side from the shores of Gallipoli to the fields of France, and will always defend each other's mutual independence.
Perhaps we would be inclined to listen to the Japanese Ambassador if he was not threatening invasion of our country at this very moment.
