I struggle to find words for comment on legislation that already has my full support. Tongue  But I'll be voting in favor of this.

Am I correct in understanding that the President may enter Atlasia into the Optional Protocol without Senate approval?

Before we move to a final vote, I'm curious if we would like to ask the president if he's willing to sign the Optional Protocal, and then amend this bill accordingly.  Unless the rest of the Senate feels that joining the OP wouldn't be necessary.
