Not that Cuomo care about Constitution, he only cares about money.

I don't see how it's unconstitutional.  It's essentially a state boycott of a boycott.  Creating a list of businesses and organizations alleged to be supporting BDS that can only be removed through appeal is downright bizarre.

What's next?  A "House of Un-Israeli Activities Committee?"
