This seems like a decision you would regret when you're older. Hell, he'll probably regret it in a month. Why would anyone do such irreparable damage to one's face?
I'm willing to bet that someone willing to go this far with body modification is already employed in that line of work, so employment, perhaps sadly, is probably not an issue for this guy.
