How do you all feel about incorporating the Light Party's stance on scientific advancement into the platform?  That was an issue the Light Party emphasized on whereas other parties did not, and I think we should affirm our commitment to scientific advancement with this platform.

A section promoting freedom of religion/voluntary prayer in schools might be a good idea too, but I don't want to hijack the whole thing.

I would like to request the endorsement of my party for my reelection bid next month.  Though I am still fresh into my first term, I've had the opportunity on speaking on a few bills and was recently elevated to the position of Speaker.  I intend to work in this capacity in a way that will make the Legislature more open, efficient, and fast, and it would be an honor to receive the Progressive Party's endorsement.

I think PR-STV could work, even if I'd need a crash course on how to calculate it.

Another option would be to do a straight up Yes or No vote to endorse each candidate with a certain percent of the vote needed to endorse.

That's probably a better idea.  It'd be the easiest system to work with for endorsements, IMO.
