Meh, even though I voted "no" I still don't see the issue, you already do things in a bathroom that it's obviously not OK to do in public, what makes masturbation different or particularly worse?
It just sounds unsanitary, especially if you don't clean it up afterwards, which I hope the people who voted 'yes' do. If you're beating it in front of the urinal, I think you should definitely be arrested.
