There's also the Macomb County in Michigan where Ronald Reagan has won 51.88 % in 1980 and then 66 % of the vote in 1984.

Also in Rhode Island, a state that Ronald Reagan flipped in 1984, the Bristol County and the Kent County are good examples of counties associated with Reagan Democrats. The moreover that Reagan was 3 points away from winning Providence)

And even though President Reagan hadn't won MN, the Hennepin County is another example of county associated with the Reagan Democrats as it is home to Minneapolis and President Reagan improved his showing there by 10 percentage points in his 2 elections.

There is also the Forest County in eastern Wisconsin that voted for Reagan in 84 after voting Democrat in previous elections that must be due notably to the local Polish Americans who voted for Ronald Reagan due to his strong stance against the Soviet Union in Cold War

Even Eastern Pennsylvania, including Scranton in the Lackawanna County voted for Reagan likely due to strong support from Polish Americans who saw Reagan as the stronger presidential candidate on the Cold War and the best to stand up to the Soviet Union due to the Reagan Doctrine

There are also surely most of Hawaii’s counties if not all counties that saw Democrats going massively to Reagan as 1984 was one of only two times in history that Hawaii voted for the GOP presidential candidate
