This is a major blow for Matt Rosendale. He already has too much bagage to win the primary in this state. In 2022, Rosendale voted against the resolution to support the people of Ukraine while it urges the U.S. and its allies to provide additional defensive support to Ukraine and promises humanitarian relief and it also condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Rosendale has also voted against a resolution to support Finland and Sweden's inclusion into NATO while a larger NATO is among the keys to stand up to Putin and stop Russia's agression against Ukraine. Congressman Rosendale voted against the resolution to support the human rights of the Uyghurs and members of other minority groups residing primarily in Xinjinang's Uyghur autonomous region and safeguard their distinct identity. Rosendale voted against a bill called the Rural Opioid Abuse Prevention Act that expands the allowable uses of drug funds under the Comprehensive Opioid Stimulant and Substance Program administered by Department of Justice
