Thank God the DLC doesn't control the Democratic party anymore.

There has just been a huge resurgence at the grassroots/netroots level throughout the country. It has really helped with both fundraising and winning elections.

Are you still supporting Obama Scoonie?

Not 100% sure yet, but yes. The only other candidate I'm somewhat considering is Edwards.

The same grassroots organisation that got behind Howard Dean?

The same grassroots that were the driving force behind the 2006 election success. The same grassroots that were the ones who pushed Jon Tester, Jim Webb, Patick Murphy, Paul Hodes, Carol Shea-Porter and countless other candidates early on when no one thought they could win.

Those grassroots supporters. The ones who have turned around the Democratic party.
