What, do yout think I'm HAPPY about abortion being all right? I'm not! It is with great sorrow that I've switched sides based not just on that verse, but on several other verses as well which quite plainly state that life begins at "first breath".

Also, a lot of Christians need to consider this verse:

2 Timothy 4:3 - For the time is coming when people will not put up with sound doctrine, but having itching ears, they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own desires

And how would Lincoln save the South from congressional reconstruction? Are you saying he'd continue to be a dictator, thus permanently collapsing congressional authority, and setting a dangerous precedent even for peacetime that would last to this day?
