If it happened as the map suggests how bad would that be? People who live in the anti-abortion states would be, at most, a one day drive from a state where abortion is legal. Someone in need of an abortion could still get one.

No, because congress has made it illegal to transport people across state lines for purposes of avoiding a state's anti-abortion laws:

No, that law was to make it illegal to transport MINORS across state lines to avoid parental notification laws.

The point of that law is to keep minors from dodging parental notification laws, not to keep them for getting abortions with parental approval.
