Options 3, 4, and 6, but I would replace it with hard labor.

I missed 4 accidently. One thing I don't like about these polls is that it gives you a percentage of the total "votes," counting each option someone picks as a vote. I'd like to get a percentage based off the total number of people who voted.

I'm okay with state-sanctioned killing, but I don't want innocent people being put to death.

You can't.  It is a State's right.  Do you propose an amendment?
an amendment or a supreme court ruling would be fine

The Supreme Court should just make sh*t up? That's a ridiculous answer.
