Whether or not explicitly taking Congress in 2018 matters, if we don't put up really impressive margins in Congressional districts throughout the country in 2018 and 2020, that means we aren't putting up the margins we need to take the statehouses that we need in time for redistricting.

If we lose redistricting this census, I don't care what else happens. We're [inks]ed.
