This is not his fault, specifically, but we tried a Texas governor, and look where it got us?

Now, for Perry himself, he just seems to be a little bit too conservative for me.  I'm looking for someone moderate.  So far, Obama seems to fit the bill, but we'll have to wait and see on him.  NOTE:  for the purposes of the thread, do not turn this into a referendum on Obama.  This is about Rick Perry.
