I chose Mississippi.  On my list, Alabama is second, followed by Wyoming, Utah (minus Salt Lake City), Kansas (minus the Topeka and Kansas City areas, Wichita is pretty conservative), Oklahoma (minus Tulsa, McAlester, Sallisaw, and Idabel), Texas (minus Austin), South Carolina, maybe Kentucky (minus Louisville),
