I am taking a more conservative approach to this job.  A more guarded and steady-as-she-goes approach.  I learned my lesson about getting too flowery too early.  I am very excited about this job, but I want to keep an easy-does-it approach.  I did get some good news today which I'll share on Update in a little bit.
