Then at least tell your parents that you're using their money for porn and can't figure out how to cancel it.

Yawn

Wow... your actions might be the most unethical thing I've ever seen from someone I actually "know".  You're defrauding your parents (one of which may be out of a job soon) to buy your porn, and you're even flippant about doing it.  That's more unethical than Bernie Madoff... why?  Because Madoff didn't "love" the people he was defrauding.  How can you honestly say you love your parents when you're ripping them off and you don't even care that you're doing it?

Hell... this is honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen unfold.... if you don't feel guilty, then I feel pity for you, because that's not normal human behavior.  If you don't feel something, then you're beyond help.  But if that's true, you should never be working in an orphanage if you're really in that condition.

My guess is that you do feel guilty; you're just being too stubborn to admit it because you don't want me to be right.  In that case, that's just extreme immaturity, and you, again, probably shouldn't be in a position to be caring for kids.

You're a trip.

As soon as I am alone, which will likely be tomorrow, I'll call.  Thanks.

You should also actually confess to your parents what you did.  Doesn't your Christian faith compel you to confess your wrongs to those you've wronged?

Maybe someday

Inks, in case you're noticing, I'm not blowing up like I've been known to.  I'm comfortable with myself, and I know who I am, so I don't feel the need.

Goodness, you must be ready for dinner, no?

Yeah... that's what's scary.  You're comfortable with this.  There are a couple words for people who are comfortable with committing crimes against people they "love" who don't feel any guilt.

You must enjoy talking to a brick wall, don't you?

I think it is some sort of Oklahoma saying. Bushie is just being smug right now. Nothing to see here.

Nah, I'm just having fun!

The dinner was a metaphor that flew over your head.  Have you not heard the metaphor, "bring your lunch"?

Dayum, this is getting real now! The OK Corral!

Oh no, temper raising is not needed.  I'm just letting the gentleman blow off steam.  I'm having a good day, and there is nothing that can change that!

Funny, I placed 0 X's.  As I said, I know who I am, and I'm comfortable in my own skin.

Actually, I'll X option 2.  I've already admitted that, so I'm fine.

OK, and what about "failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations"?

You have credit card debt; you're borrowing from your parents; you have a house you can't afford; you haven't held a job for more than a few months.  How do you feel that you're not consistently irresponsible?

Oh, Inks. You're just wasting your time. Bushie is trolling you now. I am sure he is not this delusional. If he is, well, oh my goodness.

Not delusional, just refusing to be rattled.

I wasn't trying to be rude or disrespectful earlier.  I was sassy for a few reasons.  1) I am thoroughly exhausted and didn't feel like answering a bunch of accusations I know aren't true.  2) if I answered every single accusation no one would accept what I say, so it's not worth fighting over.

What are you "thoroughly exhausted" from?

I haven't slept well the past week.

Bushie, lipo isn't for severe obesity.

True, I'm really not considering either, I know I can do it if I put my mind to it.  Unless things get real desperate, which I don't consider it now, then I might think about it.  I'm not sure if gastric bypass is something the Indian Doctors do anyway.  I don't have insurance for civilian medicine.

Way too much.  I weighed in Wednesday Morning before I left to go to Grandma's and somehow I had bumped up to 275.  I like to think it was a fluke, because every other time I weighed in it was 270-271 and I hadn't had that much food, or so I thought.  What was even scarier is that I knew I would overeat the next two days (Wednesday and Thursday) and I knew we would be playing games all day both days, so there was not much I could do about it.  When I weigh in tomorrow, it's liable to be even higher.  So, tomorrow, I am supposed to have lunch with my Pastor Cousin, Music Minister, and Kenya Leader (who is different from the Maisha Director), but whether I have lunch with them or not, since it's supposed to be a gorgeous 75 degrees with bright sunshine and a light north breeze, I am going to find a park somewhere and walk.  I have got to do something and its time to stop making excuses and letting every little thing get in my way.  I couldn't breathe real well this afternoon and I was struggling to get a breath, and I know part of it was the barometric pressure since it was really low, but I know the vast majority of it, probably 80% of it, conservatively, was my weight.  I have no more company until late June, and I will be gone to Kenya, so I can't use that as an excuse anymore for a while.  I need to lose a little bit of weight in the next six weeks so I can have an easier time of it in Kenya.

You'll have it soon. You have to buy it in 2014. But insurance companies generally make you prove you've made a serious effort before they'll pay.

We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.  If I have to buy health insurance, I have to buy health insurance.  If I can get started walking tomorrow, then I'll have 7 1/2 months before January 1, 2014 to lose some weight and maybe get a cheaper premium.  What I need to do is just take it one day at a time.  I can't worry about what I'm going to do a week from now, a month from now, 6 months from now, etc.  When it comes to my health, I'll do better if I take it one day at a time and set smaller intermediate goals.  My ultimate goal is 180, but lets say I start at 275, if I set a goal for 250, then when I reach that, work toward 225, then 200, then 175-180, it will be a lot more effective.

I know, I'm going to take care of my diet, too, but walking will help me, as well.  If I can walk 1.0-1.5 miles each day or at least 5 times a week, that will definitely help.  You're right, I can't expect exercise to magically fix everything alone.  It's a complete lifestyle change.  That doesn't mean I can't still enjoy a hamburger or a piece of cake or a juicy steak or a good Mexican dish every now and then, I just shouldn't do it everyday like I have been.  We are going to start eating at home more often instead of going out every week so we can eat healthier and save money.  Walking and eating healthier working together will definitely make a difference.  I've done it before.

FWIW, I understand the penalty for not having insurance in 2014 is only $98. Obviously it'll increase the next couple years, but it looks like 2014 is more of a "test run" of the mandate, getting it in place and all. The penalty is far too minor to be a major motivator.

A $100 fine, even in my situation, is a much easier pill to swallow than premiums that would probably be $400-$500 a month (I'm just guessing) that I would have to fight tooth and nail for them to pay for anything.

Thanks, Tik!  I really like the idea of the fasting every other day or eating once during one day and whatever I want the second, once on the third, whatever on the fourth, etc.

Eventually, I may get me a gym membership, as much as I hate the idea of paying for a gym membership, somethings you just have to bite the bullet on.

As far as exercise, I want to start with walking, but I eventually want to work my way up to strength training.  I'm not interested in getting into marathon condition, but I do want to be able to walk more than 2 miles without nearly hyperventilating.

You should find an exercise buddy at church. I'm sure there are plenty of people there that need to lose weight (because, let's be honest, it's Oklahoma). Just having someone to talk to while you walk around the park for an hour is good (plus then you'll be forced to do it, because you set a date with another person).

A workout buddy would be ideal.

I am going to start the every other day fasting diet (kinda) today that Tik mentioned.  I am not going to eat anything today until supper tonight.  I may have a small snack for lunch, but nothing more than a couple slices of toast, if that.  Tomorrow, I'm going to eat an early dinner, and again maybe a light snack for lunch.  Sunday, my big meal will be at lunch, with maybe an ice cream cone for supper.  Monday and Tuesday, my big meal will be at dinner with maybe a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and a sandwich for lunch.  The big meals both days will be spaghetti on Monday and maybe some slow cooked roast Tuesday.  Wednesday is just a couple very light meals all day, nothing major.  I'm not sure about Thursday, yet, but probably light and Friday nothing really until a big dinner - Enchilada Casserole.  Next Saturday, we'll have Hoagie Sandwiches for dinner.
