No, and for one reason and it's a reason that nobody has really talked about.  Age.  The man, as revolutionary as he is, is in his mid 70s beating John McCain and Ronald Reagan in the first-term age race.  By the time he got through with his first term, the man would be 80.  He would have to have a younger VP who would be able to stand in at any moment.  We could very well see the 45th and 46th Presidents of the United States were he to be elected.

Plus, I think Ron Paul could be hurt by his son, Rand.  I don't know how well Rand Paul is doing in Kentucky, though, so that question remains a toss-up for me, at least.
