If Perot had not stayed steady and not jumped out and jumped back in the race what states did he target?  What if the Clinton drug, sex and other dishonesty scandals got worse.  What if the economy tanked even worse for Bush or Quayle said something stupid?

Could he have won Texas as a base?

How could he have made it to 270?

What states could he have made it close?

What would the consequences been for Bush and Clinton ?

A specific electoral college prediction on his part might be in his autobiography or one of his advisor's. He was leading outright in some polls before dropping out in July. Had those polls panned out, his path would have been through the West, New England, some token states in the Midwest, and Florida.

That kind of poll I would like to see
