I'm in favor of licensed brothels in approving counties whose states have already passed legislation.  There needs to be restrictions from allowing crack whores to cut prices at the street corners though and it should be punished by the law.

So in other words it has to do with profit for you?

I think you're saying people shouldn't pick up prostitutes off the streets and they shouldn't what they want, in which I disagree.

No, like you I oppose certain aspects of the black market.  I could brew my own beer but wouldn't be allowed to sell it without a liquor license.  See how simple it is?

So you think prostitutes should be licensed then like it were a profession.

Yes that's pretty much what I was saying; licensed brothels and employees too.

I don't agree. I think people off the street should pay for random s3x as long as it's consensual.

That's pretty libertarian of you, but then you run into the fact they might be interfering with others' rights who wish to walk down the street without being bothered by prostitutes or solicitors.  In fact for you to get your way on this you'd have to overturn many state laws prohibiting solicitation and loitering.
