sure, and if they went through all the countries that don't gas their own people maybe it would be their turn.  But maybe you  have a point.  The Norks were in charge in 2011 and Iran in 2013.....seems to be more proof of my greater point though, get rid of the UN, it has no idea what it's doing.

How would eliminating such international forums help anything? For example Non-Proliferation Treaty includes all kinds of unsavoury states but I still think it was good that it was made.
