I don't know.
Has some exceptional examples of people.
Then they have some abhorrent behaviours that they simply won't fix in their own country. Phone centres, rampant child prostitution etc.
In business in Western Australia, the only Indians I meet are Uber drivers and restaurant owners.
The Indian Phone Scam phenomenon is something that would make an impact if it was fixed.
In the early 2000's in Western Australia, it was getting really bad for our business.
I don't think the Indian Government realise what those phone call centres do the reputation of the country.
