Hahaha at the ungrateful Europeans hating us. The fact is if we didnt defend them for free , Europe would be bankrupt with the exception of the EU. Oh ya without the US defending them during the cold war , they would be a colony of the Soviet Union. I now think all countries in NATO should have to spend 2% of their gdp on defense or we should not guarantee to protect them.
I had a bit of a chuckle at that one. We are starting to lose people from history who were genuinely grateful for the USA saving their bacon in WWII.
At least our forum has someone to remind them.
