Yes, but as long as any part of the ball is over the goal line it's a TD, and the ball was partially over the white goal line. It's a TD, yes it sucks but it's a TD. Blame the Falcons for not making any adjustments and choking, especially Ryan taking that sack.
No I think he knee was down before the ball got to the line. It was close.
