I motion to strike Section 3 and Section 4 of this legislation, Justice Ginsburg.

OK, you can start by explaining why you support racial profiling.

Nay to striking both.

Section 3 will hopefully take steps to combat racism by police officers.  (Curbing police powers on issues such as pepper spray usage and taser guns should be considered as well.)

Section 4 is lifted from a real-life Congressional bill which was supported by most Democrats in the House earlier this year.  It is a response to women who were discriminated against in salary and wishing to take steps to sue to gain compensation in what they were liable to have earned while working there.
