New Mexico Regional Transfer Resolution

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution, the Senate hereby consents to the transfer of the state of New Mexico from the Pacific region to the Midwest region.

Amendment:

The resolution has passed with four ayes and two abstentions.  Two days of execution inaction before it becomes law automatically (sorry for forgetting about this).
