Yes, I have, and I would be honored to serve the Pacific Region in this capacity. Obviously I haven't been active, but the timing is right for me personally to spend time in Atlasia, so why not? I can guarantee at the very least to be an impartial and politically detached interpreter of the law when required. I welcome any questions.
