It is not 'radical' reform, it is practical and the transition to all at-large or population based districts would be seamless.

Even with the simplified wording for Section 5, I'm much more comfortable simply using a simplified (or exact) version of the US Constitution to outline the powers of the legislature. To have 30+ semi-ambiguous powers seems silly.

If anything is ambiguous, it is the US constitution.
