If Assange has something tangible, and if he wants to torpedo Clinton, logic dictates that he releases it just before the second debate.
At this point, with Trump hemorrhaging "bigly", it would have to be something yooge.
I don't see why. Nothing else they've released has had ANY real impact.
If Assange (for example) had emails showing that Clinton helped a major donor to the Clinton Foundation gain legislative or policy advantages with the government, that would be "yooge". Let's not forget that less than two weeks ago everyone on Atlas was panicking about a Trump win. If there were serious allegations against Clinton and Trump "sobered up", we'd have a race again. At this point both look highly unlikely, but you never know.
