I'll go out on a limb and predict it:

Kasich:40%
Trump:35%
Cruz: 20%
Rubio: 5%

If Kasich would somehow manage to win MI (admittedly a very difficult task, with Trump's early voting head start), he will easily sweep OH and may actually have a shot at winning IL!
