This is awful. I feel so bad for this judge.

However, I am glad this is making the news. This kind of stuff has to be brought to light.

A MRA trying to take out people he felt had wronged him before going out on his own terms would not surprise me in the least. Regardless his  motive, it's super sad for everyone involved. Ugh.

I don't think lack of coverage has anything to do with race but everything to do with outrage fatigue. In addition, the MRA connection means it's not a given that this was done at Trump's behest. It's likely he did this on his own, and while he supported Trump, this is an easy situation for Trump to use weasel words to get out of. Most depressingly, though, there's just so much going on that most things are not getting the coverage they would normally. The feds illegally detaining people is rightfully sucking up a lot of air.
